Position Overview: We are in search of a dynamic Business Development Manager with a profound understanding of the AV networking landscape to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record in channel management, possessing the skills to cultivate lasting business relationships. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing our growth strategy within the European market.
- Identify and assess business opportunities within the AV networking industry across Europe.
- Execute market entry strategies to maximize penetration and foster growth.
- Leverage extensive channel management experience to fortify existing partnerships and forge new ones.
- Collaborate with distributors, resellers, and integrators to amplify market presence and achieve sales goals.
- Provide product demonstrations and assist distributors during exhibitions to showcase our solutions effectively.
Business Relationship Building:
- Foster and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, partners, and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Propel sales initiatives to meet and surpass revenue targets for the assigned region.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team for strategic adaptation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in business development and channel management within the AV networking industry.
- A keen understanding of European market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and channel management.
- In-depth knowledge of AV networking technologies and solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the working time within Europe.
