PtP v2 default set to one-step to have full hardware time stamping and smaller time corrections.
Add checkbox to enable/disable multicast unknown flooding (default = enabled)
Add advanced settings to PoE
	- option to choose LLDP or CLASS base management
	- option to choose Reserved or Consumption based power allocation

Fixes:
- PtP frames do not pass ISL in case PtPv2 enabled in other group
- cosmetic web UI parts
- incorrect LED indication at factory reset
- IGMP querier info timeout
- forward IGMP general queries when snooping disabled in a particular group
