GigaCore 1.6.0 Release notes-draft
 
With this release, Luminex offers support for new versions in the Gigacore range as well as User interface improvements, bug fixes and a revised EULA.
No new Features are being introduced.

Support for new versions:
GigaCore 16tf model is now supported
 
User interface improvements:
Icons for the fiber variants have been added to the E-ink display
Improved error message handling in web interface for boundary clock settings
An info message was added to inform the user when they are changing IGMP querier configuration; that it might take some time before the changes become visible / are propagated through the network
The profile field is now left empty in the WebUI when no profile is assigned, to improve clarity and consistency.
 
A new EULA version has been implemented
Bug Fixes:
A bug was fixed where more than 16 special characters were not accepted in the Port legend Field
A typo was corrected in the API documentation
Reporting of cooling fan reading data and issues has been improved
An issue was fixed that prevented toggling the “reset via mode button” – toggle switch in the WebUI
A bug was fixed where multicast data from 224.0.0.252 was not forwarded when unknown flooding was disabled, this now improves discovery of certain devices
