Do you need to travel or stay overnight?

If you are traveling from another country, you probably might want to stay overnight. In that case we recommend the following 3 hotels: the Carbon hotel, the ECU hotel or the M Hotel in the city center of Genk. The hotels have different price rates and are located close to each other, just across the train station. Don’t forget to mention Luminex when you are booking, this will give you better rates. Transport from the hotel to the event and back will be provided by Luminex. But how to get to the hotels?

From Zaventem (Brussels Airport)

You will need to take a direct train to Leuven (direction Landen) or Hasselt (direction Tongeren) and then switch on a train to Genk. The train station is located below the airport terminal and easily accessible through the basement (level -1). From Charleroi (Brussels South Airport)

First, you will need to take the Airport bus to the Charleroi-Sud train station. Then, take a train to Bruxelles-Midi (direction Antwerpen-Centraal). From Bruxelles-Midi you can take a direct train to Genk. When you arrive at the train station in Genk, the recommended hotels are just across the street.
