We are looking for a Soft HR Manager to join our team and oversee the development and implementation of our HR culture, policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing employee relations and supporting the organization’s culture, values, and mission. Our Soft HR Manager will also collaborate with various departments to ensure that the organization meets its human resource goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR program and procedures that are aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and mission.
  • Coordinate and support employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute methods to focus on Human capital: to gain leadership, receive training, get feedback, valuation and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR management, such as labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and workplace safety.
  • Explore new employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll and employee benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human resource management or equivalent by proven track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficient in HR management software and tools.
