V2.3.0 ====== Features: - New PoE Output Power: PoE output as been raised up to 160W. - Support for PoE+: The GigaCore switch's front ports now support up to 30W per port (802.3At compliant). - LLDP support for PoE: The switch now supports LLDP (Link Layer Discovery Protocol) for enhanced power allocation. - New Reset functionality: The switch now offers three type of reset from the reset button: - Reset: The configuration of the switch is reset. Profiles are preserved. - Reload Default. Once the first profile has been defined as a "default" profile, than it can be recalled with the reset button. - Factory Reset. The device is fully reset, all user data is being erased. - New reset menu: The web page now offers the user different levels of reset. - Default Profile: The user can now define a default profile. This profile can easily be recalled through the reset button. - New OK Led indication: GREEN: All OK GREEN BLINK: Writing to flash ORANGE: Temperature error GREEN/RED: Flashing new firmware RED BLINK: Temperature or fan error. - New Query Interval (IGMP): The switch now starts sending 5 General Query messages at start-up, every 15 seconds, and then send a General Query message every 125 seconds. - Multicast traffic in a snooped environment: The management of multicast traffic in a snooped environment has been improved. - Improved URL for group management: New URLs are available to remotely manage the group’s port assignation. - Web page enhancements : - New group colours. Colours have been modified to match the GigaCore 26i groups LEDs colours. - New PoE bar graph. The PoE bar graph now indicates the allocated power of the powered device(s), according to its PoE class. It also indicates the current power usage. - Enhanced RPSU indication. Colours of the RPSU's connector on the switch image have been modified to perfectly match the front panel LED indication. The connectors now offers the following indicator: ORANGE: No RPSU connected GREEN: RPSU connected and OK RED: Power error. On the PoE status page, “Primary Power Supply” has been replaced by “Internal PoE Supply”, “Backup Power Supply” has been replaced by “RPSU”. When the RPSU takes over, the available PoE power from the RPSU is indicated in red on the PoE status page. - Port PoE enable status now visible in profile manager Fixes: - PoE LED bug fix: Sometimes PoE LED was lit according to the PoE board revision. Now fixed in 2.3.0 - Activate Alternate Firmware bug fix: The users could no longer activate alternate firmware in 2.1.0. Now fixed in 2.3.0. - OK LED keeps flashing red bug fix: When the board has start up after flashing, the led starts blinking red again. Now fixed in 2.3.0 - Sometime web pages doesn’t reload correctly after a profile recall with a different IP address: Now fixed in 2.3.0
